Purchase

You can purchase any product featured on this web site by sending a Purchase Order by post or email (  secondsourceuk@aol.com  ). We do not accept telephone orders or credit card payments.

Your purchase order should state the address to which the goods are to be delivered, the address to which the Invoice should be sent, your name, your email address, your telephone number, and your company's VAT Registration Number if your company is VAT registered. If you are ordering from a company, then under the terms of the Companies Act 2006 your order must give your company's full corporate name, place of registration, registered number, and the address of your registered office.

Delivery is normally within five working days of receipt of a Purchase Order. Most products are delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery, UPS or City Link, and require someone to accept and sign for the delivered package during normal office hours (9am to 5pm). There is a delivery charge for the aforementioned products. However, some products are only delivered by email giving instructions how to download the software from the developer's web site, namely Brava Desktop, Brava Enterprise, and Myriad. There is no delivery charge for downloads.

Payment terms are 30 days nett from Date of Invoice by cheque in UK Pounds Sterling or by BACS. Our BACS details are given on the Invoice. All goods remain the property of Second Source until paid for in full. In instances of late payment, Second Source may exercise its right to issue a new invoice with penalty charge and interest added at the statutory rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002. We do not accept credit card payments.

Any goods can be returned in a resalable condition to Second Source for whatever reason, and we will refund any monies paid and cancel our Invoice with a Credit Note.
