64-bit GTXRaster CAD 2010 Series for AutoCAD 2010 - February 2010

GTX Corporation has just announced the availability of a 64-bit version of the GTXRaster CAD 2010 Series of products for AutoCAD 2010.

The GTXRaster CAD 2010 Series for AutoCAD 2010 has been fully ported to the 64-bit platform and can run as a native 64-bit application directly on the Windows 7 x64 Edition, Windows Vista x64 Edition, Windows XP x64 Edition, and Windows 2003 Server x64 Edition. With the 64-bit support, organizations can take full advantage of their powerful PCs and servers to optimize raster editing and conversion proficiency.

The new 64 bit version will not run on the old HASP parallel lock or on the USB lock. It will only work on the FlexLM software lock.

Customers who want to upgrade to the new 64-bit version have two options.

Option 1) Customers who already have the 32-bit GTXRaster CAD Series 2010 with a HASP or a USB lock will need to swap to the new Software License option. This will cost £200 + vat per license.

Option 2) Customers who have an older version of GTXRaster CAD will need to upgrade to the latest 2010 version at the normal upgrade cost plus the £200 cost to swap to a software license.

Myriad 8.1 supports SolidWorks 2009 - May 2009

Informative Graphics Corporation has released a new version of Myriad the 2D and 3D CAD file and technical document viewer.

New Features of Myriad 8.1 include the following

	Measurement enhancements, including the ability to measure circles
	Updated format support including SolidWorks 2009
	Ability to auto-load markups
	Ability to publish a range of pages
	Enhanced fidelity and performance

Updates to Myriad 8.1 are available free of charge to existing users of Myriad who have a current Priority Plan for software maintenance.

Brava! Desktop 2.2 views drawings more accurately - December 2008

Informative Graphics Corporation has released a new version of Brava! Desktop, it's low-cost drawing and document viewer. The new version Brava! Desktop 2.2 has a number of fidelity improvements, CAD enhancements, and Redaction enhancements. The enhancements are summarised below,

CAD enhancements:

	Ability to set a default scale including for scanned drawings
	Auto-detect paper space or model space scale
	Added/improved support for architectural and metric units
	Measurements automatically change when units are changed
	Option to convert DWG blocks to symbols/stamps (separate utility)
