GTXRaster CAD Series

GTXRaster CAD is an AutoCAD application for editing raster and/or converting it to vector.

GTXRaster CAD commands are pre-fixed with a letter 'g' and are similar in function to those of AutoCAD, for example gLINE, gERASE, gMOVE. This enables users to edit scanned drawings in much the same way that they would edit a normal AutoCAD drawing. Intelligent Object Picking enables users to select raster entities as though they are normal AutoCAD entities. What is more users can apply all the standard AutoCAD commands and thereby create a hybrid raster/vector drawing. This may be saved and plotted. GTXRaster Tools are included - see below.
GTXRaster CAD retails for £1,795 + vat

GTXRaster CAD PLUS has all of the above functionality plus the ability to convert raster entities into AutoCAD entities. This is called raster to vector conversion, and it can be applied to lines, arcs, outlines, polylines and text. The raster to vector text conversion will create AutoCAD text entities in the appropriate AutoCAD text style. GTXRaster CAD Plus includes the GTXICR Plus for teaching the system how to recognise text fonts, and GTXOSR for batch conversion of raster to vector.

GTXRaster Tools are ideal for users who want to clean up raster images in AutoCAD, but do not want to get into editing or converting raster. AutoCAD has very basic commands for raster images: insert, scale and crop. GTXRaster Tools add interactive commands to despeckle, deskew, erase, crop and turn raster. what's more, there is direct scanner support and raster snaps that extend AutoCAD's AutoSnap capability.
GTXRaster Tools retails for £595 + vat

GTXRaster R2V works seamlessly with other third-party raster editors such as CADOverlay, which have limited raster to vector conversion. GTXRaster R2V includes GTXRaster Tools and conversion of selected raster entities into rectified AutoCAD vector geometry. It has CAD, contour and outline conversion, and Intelligent Character Recognition of text. GTXRaster R2V also has automatic batch conversion of multiple drawings. Vector clean-up tools rectify and adjust geometry, and select layers.
GTXRaster R2V retails for £1,995 + vat
